Our Total Website Health package does all of this for you (and more). We keep things running behind the scenes, so your team can focus on publishing great content.

We also offer managed WordPress hosting, meaning we'll still perform monthly software updates and vulnerability patches, take regular backups, and harden your hosting environment for security and optimize it for performance. And, of course, we're available for support when something comes up.

The biggest differences between that and the Total Website Health package are the ongoing compliance, accessibility, and performance monitoring and enhanced reporting.

Short answer: We'll fix it.

Longer answer: We'll run a comprehensive security scan, identify the malware, and clean it up by restoring any infected files to their pristine state from. We'll also work to identify the threat vector, and provide you with a detailed after-action report.

Bear in mind, with all of the proactive security measures that we take, while we can't 100% promise you won't get infected (no one can, be wary of anyone who does), your site is a much more difficult target and far less likely to get infected than with most traditional hosting.

We'll work with you to define them, make sure everyone understands them, and then ensure your site consistently meets them. Whether this is a compliance combo (WCAG + GDPR + CCPA), or some totally unique set of standards, we're ready to keep your site in check.

Absolutely! We'll audit your site on your existing hosting to identify any potential issues, we'll work with you to fix them, and then we'll coordinate a date and time to migrate your site with minimal downtime (we can often do this with no downtime at all).

To get the most comprehensive benefits, you'll usually have to move to our hosting. However, there are certain hosting providers where this might be an exception.

Still, even if you can't move to our hosting, we can still offer many of the benefits described above, including regular compliance and accessibility scans, performance monitoring, and software updates.

We'll start by introducing you to our team, and making sure that we have a clear understanding of your specific goals and needs. From there, we'll audit your existing site, identify any issues, and then work with you to get them addressed. We'll handle migrating your site to our hosting, and then we'll take things from there. You'll also get direct access to our in-house support team of engineers.
